I am a NYS licensed massage therapist dedicated to providing outstanding professional therapeutic massage services, including Western and Eastern modalities, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, shiatsu, reflexology, sports massage, and classical Russian massage.  

I graduated with high honors from the prestigious Swedish Institute in New York City. In addition to my massage practice, I hold NYS licenses as an LMSW and as a teacher, and have over 15 years of professional mental health and education experience.  

I practice using a holistic, client-centered approach, integrating the mind and body into every session.  Drawing on my experience in psychotherapy I encourage each client to increase their awareness of their physical, mental and emotional state during our work together.  By becoming more aware of our inner world, be it physical or psycho-emotional, we can work mindfully and productively toward releasing the different manifestations of pain and/or discomfort that holds us back from our best possible state of being.

I always strive for open and constructive communication with my clients, before, during, and after our session, and am multilingual in English, Russian, French, and Spanish.
